FLatVia.lv — Real Estate Platform
Challenge
FLatVia set out to aggregate Latvia's real estate listings into one convenient platform — for both rent and purchase — with real-time price analytics by district, market statistics, and Telegram bot integration for new-listing alerts. A fast, multilingual site with clear search and maps was required.
Solution
We built the platform on Next.js with an aggregation engine that collects and normalizes listings, plus a real-time analytics dashboard with median-price breakdowns by district. We added interactive maps, advanced filters, Telegram bot integration, and per-city and per-district SEO optimization.
Results
The platform aggregates thousands of active listings and gives users a transparent market picture with price trends. The Telegram bot delivers instant alerts, while the SEO structure with district landing pages attracts organic search traffic.
