OhMyFlat.eu — Apartment Notification Service in Riga
Challenge
The OhMyFlat team wanted to build a service that automatically monitors ss.lv classifieds and sends real-time Telegram notifications about new apartment listings in Riga. Users needed to filter by district, number of rooms, and price. The website had to work in three languages and convince visitors to subscribe to the service.
Solution
We created a conversion-optimized landing page with parallax animations and clear calls to action. On the backend — an automated system that monitors listings and sends instant notifications via Telegram Bot API matching user filters. Implemented schema.org markup and multilingual support (LV, EN, RU).
Results
The service attracted active subscribers in Riga, ensuring fast notification delivery about new listings. The landing page conversion rate reached 12%, significantly above the industry average. Users receive notifications within seconds of a listing being published.
